  • Requirements:
    • Laptop/computer with internet access
    • Figma account
    • Commitment to attend at least 80% of live sessions
  • Cohort Minimum: The bootcamp will only launch if at least 10 students enroll.

Marko has 10+ years of experience in UX/UI design and prototyping. He worked on several successful products, as well as some agency work.

Nikola has 10+ years of product development and leading technical & product teams. He has successfully launched 2 SaaS products, and has a passion for design.

Figma & FigJam Bootcamp: From Basics to Prototyping

Description

Hands-on bootcamp designed for beginners and aspiring product professionals who want to learn Figma and FigJam as their go-to design and collaboration tools. Students will progress from learning the Figma interface to creating clickable product prototypes, while also mastering FigJam for ideation and workshops. By the end of the program, participants will have a portfolio-ready prototype project and the ability to confidently collaborate with teams using Figma.

  • Format: Cohort-based (minimum 10 students)
  • Duration: 3 months
  • Level: Beginner–Intermediate
  • Tools: Figma, FigJam (free account sufficient)

Syllabus & Curriculum

Session 1 – Figma Fundamentals

  • Setting up Figma workspace
  • Understanding frames, layers, and components
  • Basic shapes, colors, and typography
  • Hands-on: Create your first UI mockup

Session 2 – FigJam Collaboration Basics

  • Intro to FigJam for workshops & brainstorming
  • Sticky notes, diagrams, and user journey mapping
  • Hands-on: Map a customer journey in FigJam

Session 3 – Wireframing for Products

  • Low-fidelity vs. high-fidelity wireframes
  • Using layout grids and alignment tools
  • Hands-on: Build a 3-screen wireframe for an app

Session 4 – Visual Design & Components

  • Colors, text styles, and UI kits
  • Creating reusable components and variants
  • Auto-layout for responsive design
  • Hands-on: Upgrade wireframe into polished mockup

Session 5 – Prototyping & Interactions

  • Linking screens into flows
  • Smart animate & micro-interactions
  • Sharing and presenting prototypes
  • Hands-on: Build and test an interactive prototype

Session 6 – Final Project & Demo Day

  • Full-cycle project: FigJam ideation → Figma prototype
  • Peer reviews and iterations
  • Capstone: Present your prototype to the cohort

Product Management & Collaboration with Figma

Description

A course designed for product managers, founders, and non-designers who want to leverage Figma and FigJam for collaboration, not just design. Instead of pixel-perfect UI, the focus is on wireframing product ideas, facilitating workshops, and communicating requirements effectively with designers and developers. By the end, participants will confidently use Figma/FigJam as their core PM toolkit to drive alignment, speed up decision-making, and document product ideas visually.

  • Format: Cohort-based (minimum 10 students)
  • Duration: 3 months
  • Level: Beginner–PM-focused
  • Tools: Figma, FigJam

Syllabus & Curriculum

Month 1 – Visual Thinking for PMs

  • Why PMs need Figma & FigJam
  • Using FigJam for product discovery: brainstorming, affinity mapping, prioritization
  • Hands-on: Run a FigJam workshop for feature ideation

Month 2 – Wireframes & Rapid Prototyping

  • Low-fidelity wireframes as a communication tool
  • Sketching product flows in Figma (without “being a designer”)
  • Hands-on: Wireframe a feature request and share with the group

Month 3 – Collaboration & Communication

  • Using FigJam for roadmaps, sprint planning, and feedback loops
  • Commenting, version history, and developer handoff basics in Figma
  • Hands-on: Turn a product requirement into a shared clickable mockup
  • Final project: Present a feature proposal using both Figma + FigJam
